Through strategic collaboration with JazzCash, EFU mHealth provides seamless online lab services, doctor appointments, video consultations, medicine delivery, hospital services, care services, and insurance solutions—all integrated into a single, user-friendly platform.

The Problem
Pakistan's healthcare system faced accessibility challenges, with patients struggling to find doctors, book appointments, access lab services, and manage medical records. The fragmented healthcare ecosystem required multiple apps and payment methods. Patients in remote areas had limited access to specialist consultations, and insurance claim processing was manual and time-consuming.
The Solution
Developed a unified healthcare super-app using Flutter with BLoC pattern for complex state management across multiple healthcare modules. Integrated Agora Flutter SDK for high-quality video consultations with screen sharing and recording capabilities. Implemented JazzCash SDK for seamless mobile payments, enabling digital transactions in Pakistan's cash-based economy. Used GetIt for dependency injection to maintain clean architecture across healthcare services. Built real-time appointment scheduling with Google Maps integration for hospital/lab locations and medicine delivery tracking.
